Tugu Pahlawan

Tragedy on November 10, 1945 was the episode of the previous history made Surabaya well known as the Hero's City and that one of the reasons why Tugu Pahlawan has been built. Although many statues or the monument in Surabaya , this one is most important.

Tugu Pahlawan stood like a rocket that soared in the Kebunrojo Garden opposite with the East Java Governor office on Pahlawan Street . Tugu Pahlawan monument became the centre of attention on every November 10, where in 1945 the heroes fell in the independence war.
