Patung Sura dan Buaya


The Sura statue and this Crocodile are the symbol of Surabaya city. That is located on Diponegoro street exactly in front of the Surabaya Zoo. Two of these animals become inspiration of the Surabaya city name. Surabaya is the capital of East Java province and the second biggest metropolitan city in Indonesia with the inhabitant approximately 3 million souls. Surabaya is a metropolitan city in which has religious nuances, the community has the feeling of the high solidarity and the spirit of heroism that never easily surrender. The Surabaya city currently growing developed as the centre of the industry, the trade, the service, maritime and education for the eastern part region of Indonesia . With the area width 290.4 square km, and the population growth figure around 2.06 % per year the Surabaya City become the special attraction for the business world because of being the big market and as an access in heading towards to the eastern part of Indonesia territory.
